Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided by the client.

Prices may change if the waste volume, access, or job conditions differ from the description given.

All prices are provided in GBP.
Booking and Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once a date and time are agreed.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a call-out fee.
Access Requirements
The client must ensure:

Safe and reasonable access to the property

Parking availability for our vehicle

That items for removal are clearly identified
If access is restricted or unsafe, we may refuse the job or adjust the price.
Waste Disposal

We are a licensed waste carrier and dispose of waste legally and responsibly.

We provide waste transfer notes where required.

We do not collect hazardous waste unless agreed in advance.
Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, bank transfer, or approved payment methods.

Invoices must be paid within the stated timeframe.
Liability
We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to items or property

Damage caused by poor access or unsafe conditions

Loss of items not clearly identified for removal

Customer Responsibilities

Complaints
